Vasilisa Forbes is a Russian-born fashion photographer and film-maker raised in the UK.

Controversial and thought-provoking, her focus on female sexuality in the insidious world of advertising in her 2016 ‘Waxchick’ billboard & online campaign garnered the of attention of both art institutes and popular media as well as picking up global acclaim.

She’s since become a prolific music video director working with artists such as GIRLI, Souls, Bro and The Bug. Vasilisa captures strong, raw and playful performances from artists while fusing her creative influences in mixed and contemporary media.
