Luke McCarthy

Luke started out working in the industry as a Runner for a post production house where he became very interested in the work of the clients he was knocking up a lovely fruit smoothie for.

After six months of running around Soho he decided to go and work for a camera rental company, where he learnt the ins and outs of 16 and 35mm cameras.

Whilst working as a camera technician, he has spent the last seven years directing a number of music videos, working with friends' bands, and also on commissions from record companies. As well as promos, he has directed recordings of live gigs, EPKs, extreme sports events, and Behind the Scenes features for MTV.
