Prano Bailey-Bond

Prano's work is known for its unique boldness as she blends a dark horror-esque vocabulary with a refreshing newness that shows how beauty can reside in strange places. Splashed with unusual imagination, Prano's music videos have gained her recognition as an exciting new talent. Her latest short film Short Lease took away The British Horror Award last year as well as being in the official selection for numerous film festivals around the world.

Originally from a tiny village in the depths of Wales, Prano grew up watching dark films and painting slightly peculiar pictures. After studying Performing Arts, where she focused on combining video with theatre, she moved to London and studied Film and Video at The London College of Printing. She has since been working as an editor and director in the UK and internationally.
